BPC® Titan

BPC® Titan

BPC® Titan is a versitile gas volume and flow meter for high gas flow measurements.

  • Gas volume and flow meter
  • 1.5 L measurement resolution
  • Aurora™ software included

High-volume gas flow measurement for microbial fermentation

The BPC® Titan is a cutting-edge analytical instrument designed for online monitoring of fermentation processes that demand high gas throughput or involve significant gas production. With a broad linear detection range up to 360 L/h and a measurement resolution of 1.5 L, it provides a user-friendly solution with instant feedback and real-time data monitoring.

The robust design of the BPC Titan ensures precise and accurate gas measurements across large flow rate intervals, making it ideal for both research and industrial applications. This instrument is an enhanced version of the BPC Go, offering the same advanced features and extended measurement range to take gas volume and flow measurement to the next level.

Browser based software

Included Aurora™ software lets users set up, monitor and review experiments remotely and locally in the browser.

Automated compensation

Real time pressure, temperature and moisture compensation helps normalise gas volume and flow data to standard conditions.

Easy data export

Export experiment data as spreadsheet files with a uniform time axis for further analysis and reporting.

Controlled mixing

Connect to our agitation systems to control and maintain adjustable mechanical agitation.

Read results from anywhere

Connect to your local network or the internet, so that you can monitor results from any device, including tablets and mobile phones.

Why choose BPC® Titan?

Easy to start up, easy to use

A simple, intuitive user interface makes setting up and monitoring any experiment easy. Just fill the instrument with water, connect to a power source, then start recording.

Accurate measurements in any environment

Utilising real-time temperature, pressure and humidity compensation ensures all gas volume and flow measurements are accurate across different environments

Operational flexibility

BPC® Titan is highly flexible for various applications. It can be operated as a stand-alone instrument for a specific application or combined with other technologies. BPC® Titan also enables running experiments in both batch and continuous modes of operations.

Structured data handling

Gas measurements, experiment settings and exported results are handled in one platform, reducing the need for separate files and manual calculations.

Pre-calibrated system

BPC® Go’s calibration-free flow cell units come in two resolutions (2 and 9 ml) and can be exchanged at any point.
